Watch: Clemson WR shakes off Irish defenders for TD

Clemson wide receiver Artavis Scott is only 5-10, 190 pounds, but he made a big time play early on during the No. 12 Tigers 24-22 win over No. 6 Notre Dame on Saturday.

The sophomore wide receiver hauled in a pass from Tigers quarterback Deshaun Watson at the Fighting Irish five-yard line, then shrugged off two Notre Dame defenders and crossed the goal line to complete a 13-yard TD pass.

The touchdown gave No. 12 Clemson a 14-0 lead over No. 6 Notre Dame with 8:43 left in the first quarter.
