WATCH: Coaches Meyer, Beamer take stab at 'the dab' after big wins
In case you haven't noticed, there's a simple but fun dance craze sweeping the nation right now. It's called "the dab."
Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton has made it popular thanks to his on-the-field celebrations, and now all the kids -- and even the coaches -- are getting in on it.
After Ohio State went to the Big House and beat down rival Michigan 42-13, Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer, 51, showed off his dance moves:

Not to be outdone, 69-year-old Virginia Tech coach Frank Beamer celebrated his win over Virginia on Saturday by trying out the dab himself.

Meyer rebounded to defeat a hated rival, and Beamer got his team bowl-eligible in his final year at the helm. Both of those situations call for dancing, so go to it, guys!
