Watch: Drew Brees reaches out to injured son of former Tech coach
Luke Siegel is the son of former Texas Tech men’s tennis coach Tim Siegel and avid supporter, along with his dad, of the New Orleans Saints.
Luke was critically injured in a golf cart accident a little over a month ago. He is currently ‘medically stable’ according to his family but has needed several extensive surgeries to continue battling for his life.
Earlier, Luke’s hero and Saints quarterback Drew Brees reached out to his biggest little fan, voicing supportive words of encouragement as Luke continues his fight.
Even when things aren’t breezy, it’s encouraging to know Drew concerns himself with the well being of his fans.
