(WATCH) DT Nkemdiche delivers vicious hit in film session

It's safe to say Robert Nkemdiche has lived up to the hype after being ranked as the nation's top high school prospect in 2013. While anchoring the Landshark defense, Nkemdiche's stats won't jump out at you, but his play is crucial in the disruptive scheme of coordinator Dave Wommack.

Take this play for instance. Texas A&M gains three yards on they play and Nkemdiche splits a tackle with another defender down the field. The stats register it as a simple tackle, but the effort and viciousness of the hit say something else entirely:

It's this type of performance that keeps the Ole Miss defense so feared around the nation, as you never know which defender is swarming around the ball ready to deliver the next kill shot.
