WATCH: LSU WR Chark outruns entire Texas Tech defense for 79-yard TD
D.J. Chark, welcome to the show.
A true sophomore, Chark had never recorded a reception or carry during his first two years in Baton Rouge . . . until Tuesday night in the Texas Bowl.
The LSU receiver took an end-around from quarterback Brandon Harris and flashed some serious jets -- outrunning the entire Texas Tech defense for a 79-yard touchdown.

The score came at the end of the first quarter, and put the Tigers up 14-6.
That was DJ Chark's first touch of the football in his two-year #LSU career. He's played in four games this year and six last year.

It was stunning to see Chark's first touch come in such an impressive manner. It's even more inexplicable to think it was Chark's first and only opportunity to have the football in his hands.
