WATCH: Michigan RB Smith pulls off some magic on improbable 60-yard TD run
The Michigan Wolverines made fairly easy work of BYU on Saturday, jumping out to an early 21-0 lead in Ann Arbor. Jim Harbaugh's group seems to finally be catching rhythm.
Early in the second quarter, while leading the Cougars 14-0, junior running back De'Veon Smith magically escaped a pile-up at the line of scrimmage to then break a couple more tackles on his way to a beautiful 60-yard touchdown run, extending the Wolverines' lead.

Smith later was forced to leave the game late in the third quarter with an apparent ankle injury, and was taken to the locker room. Michigan won the game 31-0 for the upset over the 22nd-ranked Cougars.
