Weak schedule in the Big 12? Coach Gundy isn't worried

Published Nov. 10, 2015 11:24 p.m. ET

It's been popular to suggest that Big 12 teams play a sub par schedule. Because of that, it's tough for the College Football Playoff committee to judge teams like Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, TCU and Baylor.

The Cowboys were ranked No. 8 in the most recent CFP rankings, and the highest Big 12 team, Baylor, came in at No. 6. But, The Pokes still have to play Baylor and OU. Win those two games, and Mike Gundy's team will have three top-25 wins in the month of November.

When push comes to shove, the head coach doesn't think their schedule will be an issue when the decisions really matter.
