West Virginia football player gets jail for hotel incident

West Virginia football player Daejuan Funderburk was arrested on New Year's Day at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch.

He was arrested on suspicion of assault, disorderly conduct, indecent exposure and public sexual indecency.

Funderburk, a safety, did not see the field in 2015. A university spokesman said he is no longer a part of the football team.
