Which Fighting Irish are getting early NFL draft notice?

If you forgot how many big-time players Notre Dame has to replace in 2016, just check the NFL draft prospect rankings.

Mike Mayock of NFL.com listed four former Fighting Irish players among his top five at each position.

Leading the way is Jaylon Smith, who is Mayock's No. 1 linebacker despite having to recover from knee surgery.

Will Fuller is the No. 5 receiver while Nick Martin is the No. 2 center and Ronnie Stanley is second among offensive tackles.

Smith is No. 9 overall in the NFL.com top 50 players with Stanley 15th.

Defensive lineman Sheldon Day is No. 44, one spot ahead of Fuller.
