(STATS) - William & Mary senior all-purpose threat DeVonte Dedmon is sidelined indefinitely after suffering a broken wrist.

Dedmon was named to the All-CAA Football preseason team despite being set back by injuries last season, when he caught 35 passes for 533 yards and five touchdowns, and averaged 21.1 yards on 17 kickoff returns.

He ranks ninth in school history in career all-purpose yards (3,158).

William & Mary (0-1), which lost 28-10 to Virginia last weekend, next plays at Norfolk State (0-1) on Saturday.
