Tiger Woods can't contain himself after kid's fantastic shot

Published Mar. 2, 2016 11:49 p.m. ET

Tiger Woods' health has been in question this season, but you can't question the man's exuberance. Tiger was on hand to watch 11-year-old Taylor Crozier at the grand opening of The Playgrounds at Bluejack National, a 10-hole loop of par-3 holes in Montgomery, Texas that he helped design.

So was the kid nervous? Didn't look like it.

Crozier, a junior member of the Southern Texas PGA, calmly stepped up and hit his 81-yard tee shot, which promptly landed on the green and eventually disappeared into the cup. Crozier looked pretty composed for the moment, putting his club back in his bag with a big smile. Tiger wasn't nearly as nonchalant, coming over and giving the kid a big hug.
