Ben Affleck gets sucked in by Boston Red Sox game on red carpet
Ben Affleck is making the rounds to promote his new movie, "The Accountant," but the Boston sports nut is pretty easily distracted when one of his hometown teams is playing.
A little over a week ago, it was just before an interview when he got an update on the New England Patriots trailing the Buffalo Bills in an eventual shutout. He didn't take it well.
On Monday night it was the Boston Red Sox who caused him to stop everything and watch -- on the red carpet for the premiere of his movie.
Of course, the Red Sox lost and are out of the playoffs altogether, so the Hollywood star can focus now right?
Maybe not ...
Either way, he might want to stop asking reporters for scores. It doesn't seem to be working out well for him

Yes #benaffleck knows the #redsox lost. He is disappointed. Gutted even. But rooting for the Cubs now. True fact. #TheAccountant
