Braves 1B Freddie Freeman goes back on DL with oblique strain

Atlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman is back on the disabled list.

Freeman, who returned July 25 from a five-week stint on the DL because of a right wrist injury, suffered a right oblique strain in Monday's comeback win over the San Francisco Giants.

The team originally called it a day-to-day situation before placing Freeman on the DL on Tuesday.
