Cardinals fan Jon Hamm unleashed a ridiculously strong troll on the Cubs
That took some guts. ‘Mad Men’ star and avid Cardinals fan Jon Hamm attended Game 3 of the World Series at Wrigley Field on Friday night, and he reveled in every minute of the Cubs’ 1-0 loss to the Indians.
Judging from this grin, he looks like he had the time of his life.
Not only did Hamm wear a Cardinals cap, MLB.com noted it was the style the Cardinals wore from 1900-1919 – which, of course, coincides with the Cubs’ last championship season in 1908. That attention to detail earns Hamm -- a St. Louis native -- additional troll points. And it wasn’t an accident or a coincidence, as Hamm’s official Twitter account retweeted one mention of the scheme.
Game 4 of the World Series is Saturday night at 8 p.m. ET on FOX. We can only imagine what Hamm might have planned for this one.
