Giants manager Bruce Bochy on the mend after left shoulder surgery
The San Francisco Giants are hoping to be at full strength in 2016, a season after physical setbacks to pitcher Matt Cain and outfielder Hunter Pence helped to derail their World Series title defense.
Manager Bruce Bochy, though, already has some recuperating to do after a surgical procedure earlier this week.
As Bochy told the gathered media on Wednesday, he had left shoulder surgery to repair some issues.

Despite the procedure, Bochy is expected to be "good to go":

As spring training kicks into gear, more notes of minor surgical procedures and health updates will no doubt dominate much of the conversation as all 30 clubs begin evaluating their respective rosters.
