Holland, Rangers spread holiday cheer at Children's Medical Center Dallas
It's that time of year when athletes give back to the community...which is precisely why Derek Holland, Delino DeShields and other members of the Texas Rangers organization paid a visit to the Children's Medical Center Dallas on Tuesday.
There, Holland and his teammates donned Santa hats and brought smiles to the children at the Center in the spirit of the season. After all, Christmas is right around the corner.
Making friendship bracelets, doing arts and crafts and having some fun with radio equipment (and, apparently, singing Shania Twain hits with the kids) were all on the agenda.
