Matt Adams flips bat and screams into Cardinals dugout after dramatic walk-off HR
Matt Adams' only hit in Friday's game put the finishing touch on a marathon that actually ended on Saturday morning.
Adams sent a Bud Norris offering deep -- 444 feet to be exact -- into the right-field seats to give the St. Louis Cardinals a 4-3 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 16th inning.
And he certainly showed some exuberance as he passed his dugout on the way to first base.

It brought back memories -- good ones for St. Louis fans, terribles ones from LA fans -- of Game 4 of the 2014 NLDS when Adams hit a three-run homer off Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw.
Friday's win was the Cardinals' fifth consecutive victory and the second straight game they ended in walk-off fashion.
