Anthony Rizzo and Kris Bryant are quite the force in the middle of the Cubs' lineup. The duo has a ton of power and the thought of them hitting back-to-back for years to come must have Cubs fans giddy.
And Cubs fans aren't the only ones. Bryant and Rizzo realize the special opportunity they have and are excited to play together.
"(Rizzo) jokes around, like: This is 'The Bash Brother," Bryant told CSN Chicago. "We have fun with it. He's just a good guy for me to learn from and watch how he goes about his business. I'm definitely having a whole lot of fun with him so far."
The Cubs are having fun too. Bryant and Rizzo hit back-to-back homers Monday night and if all goes well, that will be the first of many back-to-back performances between the two.
