Ruthless fan steals foul ball out of another fan's hat

Angels shortstop Andrelton Simmons popped up a foul ball in the ninth inning of Tuesday's Angels-Rays game that bounced once on the floor between rows of seats, allowing a large group of fans to congregate underneath where it would eventually land. A resourceful fan sitting a few seats over rushed to the spot and took off his hat to use as a glove, making a solid leaning snag.
He didn't go home with the ball.

Another fan took the man's hat, then removed the foul ball and gave back the cap. If you watch closely, a little kid in the vicinity was hoping one of the adults would hand over the souvenir, but he too walked away empty-handed.
