The Cleveland Indians advanced to the World Series, and Twitter is hyped
The Cleveland Indians are going to the World Series, and Twitter users are excited.
The Indians won the American League pennant for the first time since 1997 with a road win over the Blue Jays, leaning on rookie starter Ryan Merritt and a stellar bullpen to get the job done. The Cavaliers brought home the city’s first title in 52 years, winning the NBA Finals in June, and their baseballing counterparts can add to the impressive curse reversal, so to speak.
And so, they rejoiced, exalted, and still found ways to bash the Browns on the internet.
Relive it here.
#CLINCHED life.
