Topps gives a nod to Drake on Marcus Stroman's baseball card
Things are hot up in the 6ix right now.
The Toronto Blue Jays are hot. Drake is hot. The city is hot.
Topps knows this, which is why it gave a nod to the Canadian rapper on the back of Marcus Stroman's latest baseball card:
He's definitely not the only fan of Drake in baseball, either. It was recently found that major league players choose Drake's songs as walk up music more than any other artist, with "6 God" and "Energy" being the most popular.
Branching outside of the league, the 6God has been good luck to any team or player that he posts on his Instagram. As of August 4, an athlete or team that was featured on Aubrey's Instagram won 18 of 27 times. Facts are facts.
There was no doubt Drake has had an influence on sports, but now he has the back of a baseball card to prove it.
