The Chicago Cubs won the 2016 World Series with 8–7 win over the Cleveland Indians in Game 7 on Thursday morning and plans are already underway for the championship parade.
The Cubs ended a 108-year drought to win their first World Series since 1908. The team overcame a 3–1 series deficit by winning Game 5 at Wrigley Field and Games 6 and 7 at Progressive Field.
Team chairman and owner Tom Ricketts was asked about the Cubs' celebration plans in Chicago and when a parade would be scheduled for.
