White Sox manager Robin Ventura to miss weekend series

The White Sox is headed to Tampa Bay for a weekend series against the Rays, but they'll be without their manager Robin Ventura.
Ventura will miss the series to attend the graduation of his daughter, Madison, from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Taking the reigns for Ventura will be bench coach Mark Parent, who will serve as manager at Tropicana Field. Ventura will return to the dugout when the White Sox open a two-game series against the Pirates at PNC Park Monday.
