Yankees fans spent Opening Day trolling the Nationals about Bryce Harper
The New York Yankees' game against the Houston Astros was rained out on Opening Day, which left thousands of Yankees fans looking for something else to do.
Naturally, they did what a lot of us did: watch Bryce Harper start 2016 exactly where he finished 2015, as the National League's Most Valuable Player, by homering in his very first at-bat of the season in the Atlanta.
But then Yankees fans had to turn all Yankees on us.

I'm picking Bryce Harper to be a #FutureYankee! #27 @Yankees pic.twitter.com/zLkGuXA278

NOOOOO.
Bryce Harper already has his first HR of the season.. I can't wait to see this guy playing for the @Yankees

Sigh. Nationals fans couldn't even get through one day of the season before Harper's future being thrown in their faces.
Harper won't be a free agent until after the 2018 season, but Yankees fans can't wait.
