Marco Pappa scored in the second minute of stoppage time to send the Chicago Fire to a 2-1 victory at Chivas in Major League Soccer on Friday.

The Guatemalan received a pass from second-half substitute Frederico Puppo rifled in a shot from nearly 30 yards that beat a diving Dan Kennedy.

Chivas had opened the scoring when Juan Pablo Angel converted a penalty in the 23rd minute.

Chicago equalized two minutes later when Sebastian Grazzini played a looping pass to Austin Berry, who found the net from close range for his first career MLS goal.
