Less than two weeks after finishing 21st in the Indianapolis 500, Justin Wilson will be behind the wheel of a far different form of open-wheeled racing car on the streets of Moscow.

The 36-year-old Briton will make his FIA Formula E series debut at the Moscow ePrix on Saturday, June 6, replacing American driver Scott Speed at Andretti who will be at the Red Bull Global Rallycross at X Games Austin.

“I’m looking forward to making my Formula E debut with Andretti,” Wilson told FIAFormulaE.com. “I’ve been following the championship from the start, and it is a very interesting formula. I appreciate Michael [Andretti] giving me this opportunity. I know there is a lot to learn, but I am excited about this new challenge and looking forward to the Moscow ePrix weekend already!”
