French racing driver Romain Grosjean never got a chance to start Sunday’s Brazilian Grand Prix, as the Haas F1 driver spun out on his way to the grid.
It has been raining all morning at the Interlagos circuit in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Grosjean was set to start from seventh, tying his best starting position for the American-based team.
With the track conditions being the way they are, the race will start behind the Safety Car. The race start had already been pushed back 10 minutes.

"It's really quite dangerous out here, it's actually quite slippery," Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton confirmed over his team radio.
