There are birthday presents.

And then there are the kind of birthday presents that your better half never forgets.

Credit Austin Dillon for coming up with one that his fiancée, Whitney Ward, certainly will never forget.

He won Friday night's Food City 300 NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway and then called Ward into Victory Lane to celebrate with him. He also talked about how they recently got engaged while wishing her a hearty Happy Birthday.

"I'm proud of Justin Alexander (Dillon's crew chief). It's his first win in the XFINITY Series and it's our first win together in our first win together. That's a great way to start. And it's Whitney's birthday ... it's just been a great day," Dillon said after the race.

Dillon proposed to Ward on Aug. 10 in the Bahamas. Ward, who turned 26 Friday and is a former Tennessee Titans cheerleader, obviously said yes.

Now Dillon is focused on giving Ward yet another gift of winning, going for a Bristol double in tonight's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at the 0.533-mile short track. If he can come up with the goods again in the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race, he'll really have to up his game to come up with a wedding gift to top this weekend.
