Barry Green to work with Paul Tracy in Indy 500

Former IndyCar team owner Barry Green has signed on as race strategist for Paul Tracy during the Indianapolis 500.

Tracy and Green last worked together in the 2002 Indy 500, when Tracy drove for Green's Team Green Racing. Tracy finished second to Helio Castroneves that year, though Tracy and Green protested the result, arguing Tracy had passed Castroneves on lap 198 before a yellow caution light came on. Officials sided with Castroneves.

Tracy will drive the No. 15 car for KV Racing Technology in the 500, joining teammates Takuma Sato, E.J. Viso and Mario Moraes.

Tracy said he and Green have ``unfinished business'' at the 2.5-mile oval. Tracy finished ninth in last year's 500.
