Gallagher had no place to go, until after plowing into Bell's No. 4 truck and destroying his own. Then he jogged to the ambulance that Bell already had been loaded in, where he stuck his head in and appeared to tell Bell what he thought of the move that took both of them out.
Gallagher eventually climbed into the same ambulance. Both drivers were then escorted to the infield care center, where they were checked out and cleared -- after which Bell took the blame for the incident.
