Crew chief Chad Knaus reveals how he manages stress of the job

As a crew chief in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, Chad Knaus knows all about the up-and-down emotions that encompass almost every single race he's involved in.

After sitting on top of the top of Jimmie Johnson's No. 48 Hendrick Motorsports pit box for a record-tying seven NASCAR Premier Series championships, he also is well aware that he is being watched.

Knaus sat down with @TheBuzzer's Daryl Motte to talk about how he tries to reign his emotions in during races, and also about how he deals with the knowledge that nearly everything he does on a race day is going to be caught by the all-knowing eyes of television these days.
