Dale Earnhardt Jr. is going to miss the entire second half of the 2016 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, but he’s still delighting his fiercely loyal fan base.
Since he can’t race the No. 88 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet at Richmond tonight, Earnhardt is at Bristol Motor Speedway for the University of Tennessee-Virginia Tech college football game at the famed short track.
While there, Earnhardt showed his generosity, making time for a special fan who is undergoing cancer treatment.
