Dale Jr. reveals key moment when he started feeling better
It has been a busy offseason thus far for Dale Earnhardt Jr.
In many ways, it's been much busier than the second half of his 2016 NASCAR Series season -- which he sat out as driver of the No. 88 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet because of a concussion.
Since the season ended last month, Earnhardt has been named winner of NASCAR's Most Popular Driver award for the 14th consecutive year; announced that he will be marrying his fiance, Amy Reimann on New Year's Eve; tested in a race car for the first time since suffering his injury; and, finally, announced that he will make his return as a driver in the 2017 season-opening Daytona 500 next February (to be televised live on FOX).
Obviously, Earnhardt is feeling much, much better than he has in a long time.
Daryl Motte of @TheBuzzer on FOX caught up with Dale Earnhardt Jr. recently and revealed the key moment when he started feeling like an even better version of his old self. Check out the video of Motte's one-on-one interview.
