Daniel Hemric, Kenzie Ruston tie the knot in Jamaica
Life has been going pretty well for Daniel Hemric in recent months. He signed a deal with Richard Childress Racing to drive the No. 21 Chevrolet in the XFINITY Series for the 2017 season and then got married to Kenzie Ruston this past weekend.
Hemric said it best in his recent tweet about his wedding.
“I don’t ‘feel’ like the luckiest man in the world, I ‘am’ the luckiest man in the world,” Hemric tweeted.
Kenzie has a history of her own behind the wheel and comes from a family with a long history of dirt bike racing.
She signed to Turner Scott Motorsports in 2013 and made her debut in the K&N Pro Series. She last competed for Rev Racing in the K&N Pro Series East Division in 2015.
The couple headed to Jamaica and tied the knot on Saturday. They got out of the Carolinas just in time to avoid the cold and snow that fell over the weekend and head to a much more tropical destination.
