Grant Enfinger scores first career NCWTS win at Talladega

Grant Enfinger won the Fred's 250 Camping World Truck Series Chase elimination race at Talladega Superspeedway on a sun-filled Saturday afternoon that was filled with calamity for many of the 2016 title contenders.
Eliminated from title contention by virtue of Saturday’s race were Daniel Hemric and John Hunter Nemechek.
Advancing to the Round of Six for the next three playoff races at Martinsville, Texas and Phoenix were William Byron, Timothy Peters, Ben Kennedy, Johnny Sauter, Christopher Bell and Matt Crafton.
It was Enfinger’s first career series win, and he held off his GMS Racing teammate, Spencer Gallagher, to do it. Gallagher finished second.
