Longtime NASCAR driver Mike Wallace was hospitalized late Friday night after three men allegedly assaulted him following a Rascal Flatts concert in Charlotte, according to Wallace's brother Kenny, a FOX NASCAR analyst.

Wallace and his daughter Lindsay were leaving the concert at PNC Pavilion in Charlotte when they were attacked.

Kenny said Mike, 57, was kicked repeatedly in the head while unconscious. His daughter tried to jump on top of him to shield Wallace and was kicked in the ribs multiple times.
