Wallace and his daughter were beaten and kicked repeatedly after a Rascal Flatts concert at PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte last Friday night.

Wallace said three front teeth were knocked a few inches into his mouth and he has a black eye that is causing impaired vision. He also said he had 10 stitches in his lip.

It was not clear whether the three men charged in the case have attorneys.
