For three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Tony Stewart, this is the part of the year where he is starting to make his last driver appearances at tracks on the circuit.
Last weekend, Stewart had an emotional homecoming in his final race at his beloved Indianapolis Motor Speedway and earlier this month, he raced for what likely is the last time at Daytona International Speedway.
This weekend, Stewart and the rest of the NASCAR traveling circus heads to Pocono Raceway. And here as elsewhere, the driver known as “Smoke” is being properly saluted.
