During the 2016 NASCAR Premier Series season, Martin Truex Jr. won two of the four crown jewel races on the schedule -- the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Bojangles Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway.
And Truex could have made it three, but in the season-opening Daytona 500, Denny Hamlin beat him in a one of the most thrilling finishes of the year by a mere 0.010 seconds.
