What offseason? Dale Earnhardt Jr. shows he's still doing the Dew
There’s less “off” in the NASCAR offseason than you might think.
Take NASCAR perennially most-popular driver, Dale Earnhardt Jr.
This month alone, Earnhardt will begin testing in preparation for his return to competition at Daytona Speedweeks in February 2017, and he’s marrying long-time fiancée Amy Reimann on New Year’s Eve.
And there’s sponsor work to be done, too, as Earnhardt showed on Monday when he tweeted about his Mountain Dew photo shoot.
And let’s not forget less than a week ago, Earnhardt unveiled his 2017 Nationwide car:
Yeah, not a lot of “off” here.

Although it was a team effort, most of the credit belongs to Tracy Hutchens for his work on this design. Known him for almost 20 years. pic.twitter.com/yuugCkWRB6
