Winner's weekend: Breaking down Kyle Larson's special Sunday
There's no question that Kyle Larson dominated last weekend at Auto Club Speedway pretty much from its very start to the conclusion of Sunday's Auto Club 400 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at the 2-mile track.
He won the pole for Sunday's Cup race on Friday, when he also was fastest in the only practice. Then he won the Service King 300 XFINITY Series race on Saturday.
And on Sunday, he capped it all by leading a race-high 110 laps and surviving a series of four frantic restarts over the final 20 laps to win the second Cup race of his young career.
In the cool video above first aired on Monday's television edition of "NASCAR Race Hub," check out how Larson and his No. 42 Chip Ganassi Racing Chevrolet team pulled it off in the Auto Club 400.
