DeAndre Jordan and Chris Paul tried a celebratory headbutt and immediately regretted it

DeAndre Jordan and Chris Paul are both NBA veterans who have been through their share of highs and lows in the league. As a big part of the Clippers' core, they're trying to lead the team to its first-ever championship.

To do so, they're going to need to make better decisions than one they made on Monday night.

During the third quarter of the Clips' game against the Nets, Jordan and Paul came together for a celebratory headbutt, which is a very stupid thing to do when you play a sport that doesn't require a helmet. The two grown men learned this lesson quickly.

To me, it looks like maybe (just maybe!) they could have been playing up the displays of pain in the aftermath, though even the smallest of head bumps can be real stingers. You could call it "flopping," but what if this whole thing was pre-planned and it's just their new celebration? If so, I'm here for it.
