DeMarcus Cousins had a priceless reaction to Tristan Thompson's new deal
Without much of a warning, news broke on Wednesday that Tristan Thompson and the Cleveland Cavaliers had finally come to terms on a reported five-year, $82 million deal. And the NBA reacted as news spread. Among the most amusing reactions was that of DeMarcus Cousins, whose curiosity was seemingly piqued by the dollar figure:
Cousins signed his most recent contract in the fall of 2013, an extension of his rookie deal that lasts for three more seasons. He will reportedly earn just shy of $15 million in 2015-16.
And when one fan offered some rude advice to Cousins on how he can cash in with a massive payday, the Kings center played it off to perfection:
Ooh ok I understand now ?? RT @DekamNeil: @boogiecousins @HPbasketball stop pissing off coaches and organizations and you will get yours.

It's a few years away, but Cousins' next deal will undoubtedly be for a ton of money, too.
