George Karl defends Kings: 'Show me where it's really bad basketball'

The Kings entered 2014-15 with playoff expectations and now have the 13th-best record in the Western Conference, 8-15.

Sacramento has had a tough schedule of competition, lots of injuries and drama surrounding key star players. As such, the Kings are losing many more games than they had hoped. But after the victory over Utah, head coach George Karl reportedly defended his team -- suggesting losses came because 15 of the 21 games played have been against teams with above .500 records.

“I am tired of rationalizing. Come in the film room, watch us play, and show me where it’s really bad basketball,” said Karl, via Cowbell Kingdom. “It isn’t bad basketball; it’s NBA basketball, where winning a game on the road is extremely difficult."
