The Cavaliers will be without Kevin Love for quite some time.

The power forward underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee on Tuesday morning and will miss an estimated six weeks of action, according to a statement from the Cavaliers.

The surgery was performed by Dr. David Altchek, with Dr. James Rosneck of the Cleveland Clinic there as well.

Missing six weeks will have Love returning at the end of March/beginning of April, with just a week or two remaining in the regular season.

Love is averaging 20 points and 11 rebounds in 31 minutes per game this season for the Cavaliers.
