Kings coach George Karl wonders about all the postseason injuries
Sacramento Kings head coach George Karl has seen an awful lot of basketball in his day.
Karl has been coaching in the NBA since 1984, so it's hard to take him by surprise anymore. He's witnessed great performances, huge upsets, and everything else we've seen so far this postseason.
Well, except for maybe one thing.
Here's Karl with his impressions of the postseason and the big storyline that has carried on throughout, via Ailene Voisin of the Sacramento Bee:
“I can’t remember a time when so many important players were hurt,” Karl said. “Every night, it seems like it’s somebody else. I wonder how much of this goes back to our training, weightlifting. I don’t have the answers, but I think this is something we should start looking into.”
