Local student who helped stop France attack presented with Kings jersey
After helping stop a terror attack on a French high-speed train and the resulting whirlwind of media activity and talk show stops, local Sacramento student Anthony Sadler says that he's happy to be back home. And the Sacramento Kings are happy he's back, too, as the team presented the 23-year-old with his very own custom Kings jersey earlier this week.
Mayor Kevin Johnson didn't let a little thing like Sadler's Lakers fandom stop him from appreciating his heroics and honoring his actions. Sadler reportedly helped stop the attack along with two Sacramento-area friends, one of whom charged the would-be assailant at potential risk to his own life.
