Love after loss to Warriors: Cavs need to look 'in the mirror,' starting with LeBron
The Cleveland Cavaliers had a very forgettable game Monday night against the Golden State Warriors and arguably the player who would like to forget it most was Kevin Love.
The third member of the Big 3 finished with three points and six rebounds in 21 minutes during the Cavs' embarrassing 132-98 debacle.
After the game, Love said the Cavs need to look "themselves in the mirror" and added that it starts with the leader of the team.
"We got beat up on our home floor tonight," Love told reporters after the game Monday. "I think a lot of things went wrong, a lot of things we need to clean up in our preparation, but I think they're the better team right now. We have a lot of things to get better at. That's going to take a lot of guys looking themselves in the mirror and it all starts with our leader (James) over there and dwindles on down."
The plain text makes it appear as though Love is calling out LeBron, who finished with 16 points, but his body language might tell a different story. Whatever the case, the Cavaliers need to bring a better effort if they want to be in the same league as the Warriors.
