Matt Barnes taunts Derek Fisher with a drive-by D'Angelo Russell joke
Just when you think Matt Barnes might bow quietly out of the NBA drama cycle, the Memphis Grizzlies enforcer takes a running start and pulls a can-opener into the vortex
Barnes posted a meme Thursday afternoon mocking Derek Fisher and referencing the D'Angelo Russell cell phone footage incident.
Clearly, Barnes is still coated in sodium over Fisher and his romantic relationship with his estranged wife, Gloria Govan. And judging by the meme, Fisher dating a former teammate's all-but-ex-wife is apparently a lot of like D'Angelo Russell recording and ostensibly dessiminating footage of his teammate Nick Young admitting to cheating on his girlfriend.
And this is just the latest in the Barnes-Fisher beef.
After attacking his former teammate at his wife's California home in 2015, Barnes has kept up a consistent side-shading game mocking Fisher. He's been fined by the league for his inability to get over his differences with the former Knicks head coach, and Barnes clearly isn't prepared to take the loss and move on.
Someone, please help this man. Matt Barnes needs a life vest. He needs the Coast Guard, Flipper and helicopter rescue. He is drowning in Ls.
