Prediction: Sacramento Kings' Box Score Game 23 at Utah Jazz
The Sacramento Kings travel to Utah to do battle against the Jazz on December 10, 2016. This article predicts the Kings’ box score for that game.
The Sacramento Kings play a one-off road game in Utah tonight against the Jazz. This is the first of two December meetings in Utah. The Kings have struggled away from home this season winning only 4 of 12 road contests.
This is the second of a back-to-back for Sacramento. The Kings were defeated on Friday by the New York Knicks 103-100. Below is a highlight video from that game in case you missed the action.
Without further ado, below is my prediction of the Sacramento Kings’ box score for tonight’s game against the Utah Jazz.
Box Score Prediction
This is an interesting contest to predict. The Jazz play at the NBA’s slowest pace, allow the fewest points per game, and have the 8th best defensive rating.
Injuries will play a factor in this contest as well. The Jazz played without 4 starters in their last game. George Hill and Derrick Favors have already been ruled out for tonight’s game. That opens the door for the Kings to snatch a victory tonight in Utah.
Expect the Jazz to limit the Kings’ offensive possessions and points total tonight. They are very good at slowing things down and controlling the game. DeMarcus Cousins will be matched up against Rudy Gobert but should get a high volume of positions and still produce a statistically significant line.
Summary
There you have it, my prediction of the Sacramento Kings’ box score for December 10th against the Utah Jazz. This is a contest that the Kings can win against an injury-depleted Jazz squad, but they must go out and earn it.
